HIGHBLOOD PRESSURE: What You Should Know....

High blood pressure is an illness pertaining to the pressure in the arteries that is above normal.
Normal blood pressure is 120/80mmHg, and Hypertension is the medical term for high blood pressure that steadily above normal over time.

Hypertension is usually shared in middle-aged and elderly individual. The moment it would be developed it remains to last for lifetime. High blood pressures injure something on the heart and circulatory system, which eventually may be the reason different body parts complications.

What is Blood Pressure?
Blood is pressured out from the heart into blood vessels circling around the body. Blood pressure fluctuates in every heartbeat, which listed as two numbers like - 120/80mmHg.
"120" is called "systolic" recorded pressure in the arteries every time heart contracts and pressured-out blood. "80" is called "diastolic" recorded pressure on the arteries when the heart in on relax mode and fills with blood.

Hypertension or Blood Pressure is developed by different causes and may differentiate in same individual at unusual times.

Here are some factors that could probably relate to blood pressure:
• The bigness of and the status of the arteries
• The amount of fluid that flows in the body
• The volume of blood being pumped by the heart
• The volume of salt in the body
• Status of kidneys and the entire nervous system
• Equality of different body hormones

Risk factors of having high blood pressure:
• Obesity or overweight
• Fond of eating salty foods
• Doesn't have any exercise at all
• Developed commonly on older age
• Hereditary
• Having a blood of African-Caribbean descendants

Prescribed medications are not enough to prevent different body complications once hypertension developed. It is not also advisable to have intense physical activities to lower down blood pressure to a patient who is hypertensive. Most likely, thirty minutes of normal walking is enough that would consider an appropriate exercise.

One factor of preventing this to happen is healthy life style. Base on the risk factors mentioned above first three are probably came from our unhealthy lifestyle. Changing from unhealthy diet to healthy diet lifestyle is not an easy thing to do. It involves strong determination, stick-to-the- wall kind of patience and the hardest is self discipline. If you have these three prevention factors you can achieve success.

Hypertension is considered as one of the world’s human silent killer. It would strike anytime, anywhere to any hypertensive people resulting to instant death. Some victims would be in comatose for how many days after a stroke. Some may survive only to be paralyzed, and yet to die after a short period of time.
Whether it is hereditary or not, healthy lifestyle and self discipline play an important role in preventing hypertension.
